A. No. Unlike Airbnb or Booking.com we connect you to the owner directly. This is for several reasons but predominantly we know that many guests have lots of questions about staying in a rental, especially with their pets. We endeavour to provide as much relevant information as possible about the accommodation and location as well. Most of which are not available on the US-owned website mentioned.
Secondly, we want you to get the best deal possible and this is often not the case on Airbnb for example as they can add 15% or more to each booking as a guest service fee or is covered by the owner who lifts the price to cover this fee.
Thirdly we do not hide your emails or phone numbers from an owner. We want you to liaise directly and book on the owner's own website.
A. Yes, all of our properties display real-time calendars as supplied by an owner.
A. Simply click on the property you are interested in viewing, then click either the 'calendar' tab under the main gallery photo or alternatively click on the 'arrival & 'departure' calendar icons in the 'tariff calculator' box, to the left of the main gallery photo.
A. If you don't already have holiday insurance, we will always recommend that get some so as to avoid disappointment if, for some unexpected reason, you need to cancel your holiday home booking. Some owners will offer recommendations too or have schemes in place you may take advantage of.
A. Your enquiry will be sent immediately to the owner. You can add your phone number to the mail too so they can call you. We ask that all owners are very prompt with their replies.
